Our Return Policy is as follows:
You may return all products within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund.
For the returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we have received your package and inspected it.
Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Swimsuit, lingerie, Jewelry.
To initiate an exchange or a refund in the rose girl app, visit your Order History page. Simply click on "Contact Support" next to the appropriate item and our customer service will help process your request. Customer service can also be reached at rosegirl3451@gmail.com
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow 24 hours with Paypal and 7-15 days with credit card for your refund to appear.
Please contact us before sending the item back to us for a refund. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
rose girl cannot refund or be responsible for any fees not paid to us, which includes customs taxes or VAT and any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.
You have to pay for the return shipping fee, unless a mistake is made by rose girl.
